R.C.C framed structure as per design approved by the municipality

Flooring

Entire flooring of 2'x2' vitrified tiling.

​

Doors

All door frames to be of 4"x 2.5" sal wood. All doors to be teak or equivalent. Doors to be painted /Polished.

Windows

All windows will be powder coated casement openable windows or equivalent with 10 mm M.S.Grill.

Electricals

All Electrification to be concealed type with Anchor, Roma or equivalent switches.

​

Toilets

Antiskid flooring. Glazed/ceramic tiles for full height. Geyser and exhaust fan provisions. Toughened glass shower enclosure.  Stainless steel anti pest floor gratings. Premium brand sanitary ware in white colour. Brass chromium plated fittings of premium brand.

Walls

External walls in laterite/ cement blocks or equivalent, internal walls in brick/blocks. Walls to be plastered in cement mortar. internal walls finished smooth with white cement based putty.

Painting

Internal wall to be painted in plastic paint,external walls to be painted in acrylic paint.

​

Water Supply

Assured water supply from open well/PWD supply linked to underground sump and master overhead tank.

​

Plumbing

All Plumbing to be in RPVC/CPVC pipes. Underground drainage to be in RPVC pipes linked to a sewage treatment plant/soak pit.

Piped gas

​Piped gas provision will be made to all flats (subject to gas agencies agreeing to supply gas properly & regularly)
